Return Policy:

We want you to enjoy your PLUS Haven™ Door Mat as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and meets the eligibility guidelines below.

RETURN POLICY ELIGIBILITY

You may return your PLUS Haven™ Door Mats order for any reason within 15 days of delivery, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, including all components (boxes, cardboard, foam, etc.).
  • Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A copy of the packing slip or original receipt must accompany all returns. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they lack a return authorization number or the required documentation.

If the return does not fully meet these conditions, we may issue a partial refund or no refund at our discretion.

Please note that PLUS Haven™ does not offer exchanges on items purchased under this policy.

If you received an incorrect item, please email us at info@plushaven.com with your order number, a photo of the item(s) received, and the packing slip. We’ll respond as soon as possible to assist!

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
Please provide your email address to be notified when this deal is offered again.
